We had an excellent experience with Cross Creek Homes. Nick was so easy to work with and delivered an excellent product. We loved our deck so much that we hired CCH to do an upstairs renovation the following year. The renovation included 2 bathrooms, enlarging an existing bathroom and creating a new closet as well as cosmetics (paint, carpet, tile, etc.)

We really didn't make it easy for Brooke Liley at Cross Creek Homes when we asked her to help us find the house we would raise our family in, but she was prompt, patient and courteous throughout the entire process. She managed to check all of our boxes with our new house and we couldn't be happier!

One of our boxes was that we wanted to do a little fixing up as we go and we had such a great experience with Brooke that we are now using her team to help renovate. So far they have done exactly what they said they would do, in the time frame we agreed on and have communicated with me every step of the way. Eric and his team were fantastic - they helped us open a wall between our kitchen and dining room as well as install a walk in master closet.  Very easy to work with, responsive, and trustworthy.

Eric and Nick completely remodeled our outdated 1990's-style master bathroom last year and did a fabulous job. We were under the gun on time and they pulled it off in exactly the time they first quoted us and their pricing was very reasonable. The vendors they recommended for each and every detail were all amazing, and we even hired some of them to do small projects around our home later on. We felt comfortable with the Cross Creek team as well as everyone they contracted out being in our home and that is very important to us. Highly recommended this team and we will certainly be using them again if we need any remodeling in the future! 10 out of 10!

We remodeled our master bathroom. Cross Creek did an excellent job. The coordination of all work was excellent, lines of communication were excellent; all workers were courteous and amicable, all expectations set at beginning were met, and the costs were estimated almost to the penny. The steps of the project moved from one to the other with very little waiting in between. We couldn't be happier.

If you're looking for a realtor, Brooke is AMAZING! She is so responsive, knowledgable and thoughtful. She took the time to meet with us in person to learn exactly what we wanted and did not want in our home. We had an offer in on our dream home within ONE week of meeting her. Needless to say, she made the entire home-buying process a breeze. I wouldn't think of anyone else when buying/selling our next home.

Cross Creek did an amazing job on our Master Bath Remodel. Nick was very responsive throughout the project. He never diverted from his original quote without clear explanation and permission to move forward. He was cooperative with us adding on extra small projects and quick to fix concerning items, usually the next day. We will definitely be calling them back for our next project.

We are extremely happy with the renovation of our home by Cross Creek Homes. We had a total renovation of our kitchen and also a new playroom built in the room over our garage. Nick and Eric were a pleasure to work with—attentive to details, very responsive, keeping us informed throughout the process. The result is an amazing transformation of our home. Nick and Eric were great to work with.  We had them convert our existing two story family room into a bonus room upstairs.  We also had them add coffered ceilings to the new ceiling downstairs.  They were truly professional, very affordable, great at communicating, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. Not to mention, it only took them 3 weeks to complete once construction started.  We will definitely use Cross Creek Homes again.

Cross Creek Homes was amazing! They completely renovated our home.  They closed in our two-story living room, gutted and renovated our kitchen, master bath and family room, put in new flooring and new paint throughout the interior, re-built our staircase, did exterior paint and gutters and updated the fence.  Nick and Eric were on site consistently, the contractors were professional and trustworthy.  We lived in the home in a small space for most of the time while the work was completed.  Nick and Eric stayed on budget, the design came to life and even better than expected, and they stayed on target with completion date.  There are usually problems with construction, and it is how the builder handles those problems that count.  However, we were extremely lucky and did not encounter any during the process.  They came back and completed the punch list and we have been extremely pleased.

Brooke was our real estate agent for our first home and she was stellar. She was extremely informative throughout the process and was responsive to our many inquiries. She fights for her clients and I will be recommending her to my friends and family.
