Who We Are
Nick Liley
Managing Partner
Co-Founder
Nick brings more than 15 years' experience in residential and commercial real estate, finance, and residential and commercial construction. He began his career as a sales agent and land brokerage professional for an Atlanta home builder. In addition, he served as the V.P. of Real Estate for a major multi-family developer.
His attention to detail and planning expertise alleviates stress for the client, making it a process they can enjoy. He strives to create a unique relationship of trust and loyalty with each client.
Nick has a B.A. in Real Estate from The University of Georgia, and he holds a State of Georgia Residential Contractor's license and Real Estate Broker's license.
Nick resides in the Johns Creek community with his wife, Brooke. They have two boys, Landon and Luke. You can find him around town Saturdays at his sons' sporting events or in the fall cheering on the Bulldogs!
Eric Brostrom

Co-Founder
With over 20 years of experience, Eric has the expertise to make any dream home a reality. He began his career renovating custom luxury homes in North Carolina. Since 2005, he has been building in the Atlanta area.
Eric has served in all areas through the construction process as a Contractor, Designer, and Project Manager. He eases the client through the process from the first day of surveying the lot to their first steps in their new home. Integrity, care, and loyalty comprise the very cornerstone of his work.
Eric lives in Woodstock with his wife, Christena, who is an Interior Designer for high-end residential and hospitality spaces. They have two young daughters, Charlotte and Elizabeth. He enjoys volunteering at North Point Community Church and spending time with family and friends.
Brooke Liley

Brooke brings more than 20 years’ experience in real estate, mortgage lending, and financial services to serve her clients. Brooke’s desire for a premier client experience, her can-do attitude, and her understanding of personal finance make her a great asset to the residential real estate purchasing and selling process. Her passion is building deep relationships with her clients. She is innovative, values hard work, and strives to ensure your major decisions are as stress-free as possible.

Brooke has a B.A. in Speech Communications from the University of Georgia.
She is a native Georgia Peach and resides in the Johns Creek community with her husband, Nick. Together they have two young boys, Landon and Luke. She attends North Point Community Church and enjoys running, working out, cooking, and attending sporting events and concerts.
